What to do if you can't find Accounts Centre
App versions can lag, especially if you haven't updated recently. If you're on an older version of Instagram, the path might still be Settings → Account → Download Data. If you can't find it at all, try on a browser: go to instagram.com, log in, and look under Settings → Privacy and Security → Data Download. The web interface often lags behind the app's navigation changes.
